He was predeceased by: his parents, Bliss L. Pannell and Ola Mae Pannell (Drummond); and his wife Mary Rose Pannell (Hardy). He is survived by: his children, Mike Pannell (Penny) of Coleman, Donola Battles (Mike) of Kiowa, Dan Pannell (Neila) of Overland Park, Melissa McDaniel (Grant) of Coleman and Matt Pannell (Michelle) of Blanchard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
