He is survived by: his wife Helen Lavern; his children, Jonathan Koehn (Bethany) of Colcord, Oklahoma and Pamela Koehn of Colcord, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Roger, Maynard Koehn of Livingston, California, Laura Esau of Atwater and Phyllis Wedell.
