He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Pannett and Marguerite Pannett (Crawford); and his wife Barbara Sue Scott. He is survived by: his children, Marlena (Randall Hill) of Colcord, OK. and Jason Pannett (Sylvia) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Logan Pannett, Cassie Riddick and Scarlett (DJ Isbell) of Springfield, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Natalie Riddick and Ruby Hope Isbell; and also Glenn Chamberlain of Siloam Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
