She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Foreman and Minnie Foreman; and her brothers, Dale Creekkiller, Dennis Creekkiller and Amon Foreman.

She is survived by: her siblings, Opal Foreman of Colcord and Larry Pritchett. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
