She is survived by: her spouse Delmar Harmon; her children, Deb Hamilton (Matt) of Colcord and Darrell "Dude" Harmon (Marena) of Siloam Springs; her grandchildren, Bryan Harmon, Seagan Harmon, Dillon Boling, DeKayla Boling, Jimmie Hamilton and Mattie Hamilton; her great grandchild Kinsley Boling; and her siblings, Dale Hepler of Siloam Springs, Doris Porterfield of Noel and Gerry Howerton of Noel.
