He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Chamberlain and Alma Bond Chamberlain; his wife Wynona Martin; his son Rusty Chamberlain; and his sister Bertadean Eager.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Hegar (Albert) of Colcord, Jerri Mitchell (Keith) of Colcord and Rhonda Reed (Joey) of Colcord; his grandchildren, Charles McCratic, Tashina Kirk, Lance McCratic, Caleb Reed, Shanda Barnett and Cory Reed; his siblings, Lindy Chamberlain, James Chamberlain, Vernie Chamberlain, Mike Chamberlain, Geraldine Tisdale, Shirley Harper, Rosalee Layne, Leola Curtis and Rita Swicegood; and his sister-in-law Wyvonne Kinzey. He is also survived by six great grandsons; seven great granddaughters.
