He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Charley and Kathren Margarite Webb (Talbott); his son Russell Dale Webb; and his brothers, Charley, David and Leonard Webb.
He is survived by: his former wife Ida Charlene Hays; his wife Charlene Webb; his daughters, Stephanie Clouse (Corey) and Rebecca Maxwell; his grandchildren, Karsyn, Averie Clouse, Ryan and Jacob Maxwell; his siblings, Ishmel Webb, Barbara Bailey, Linda Minion, Delphine Webb, Edna Reed and Boyd Webb (Donna Kay); and also Randy Mayfield. He is also survived by best friend and loyal companion "Jerry Jeff" and numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
