He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Parker Handy; his sons, Jarrett A. Handy and Victor Handy; and his siblings, Wyatt Handy, Elwyn Keith Handy and Electa Maxine Randolph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
