He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Holt and Flossie Daughrity Holt; and his children, Stacy and Cathy Holt. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Holt of Mead, OK; and his sister Sally Loretta Taylor (Ricky). He is also survived by several grandchildren, other extended family and friends.
