He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Harrell and Margaret Rutherford Harrell; his sister Barbara Harrell; his grandson Garrett Henley; and his nephew Clayton Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Anderson Bigham; his children, Rayanna Shipman, Clinton Harrell of McAlester and Jason Harrell (Deborah) of Denison; his stepchildren, Eric Bigham of Colbert and Lea Henley of Sapulpa, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Parker Bigham, Charlie and Colton Harrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
