He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Weatherly and Brenos Weatherly; and his siblings, Charles, Frances Gunter and Janice Kent.

He is survived by: his children, Vickie Varney (Sam) of Colbert, Gary of McAlister, Ronald (Robin) of Cartwright, OK., Shawn (Sally) of Denison, TX. and Gregory of Sherman, TX.; and his siblings, Pansy Sims and Billy Clyde. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
