He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Wakefield and Nina Hynes Wakefield; his son Craig Wakefield; his in-laws, Pete and Voncille Perryman; and his sister Mary Swanton.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Perryman; his children, Keith Wakefield (Monica), Jamie Sample (Johnathon) and Casey West (Shannon); his brother Joe Wakefield; his friends, Francie Wakefield, Don Perryman (Pauline) and Mike Perryman (Brenda); his grandchildren, Aaron Wakefield (Nancy), Evan Wakefield (Kim Paulo Carmona), Maggie Gotcher (Kyle), Christian Wakefield, Tytus West and Aaron West (Jubilee); and his great grandchildren, Parker Wakefield, Avalynn and Jadynn Magana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
