She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Riggs; and her father Calvin Parrish. She is survived by: her mother Emma Parrish (Jene); and her daughters, Tiffany (Jimmy McCulley) and Jennifer Bilyeu (James Hooper) of Frisco, TX.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
