She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Oscar Springer and Fannie Mae Springer; her daughter Nancy McCarley (Katie); her brothers, Wendell and W. O. Springer; and her husband Phil.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Fears (George Fears) and Philip McCarley Jr.; her granddaughters, Libby Fears, Nancy Jones (Katie) and Kelsey Jernigan; and her great grandchildren, Adam and Olivia Jernigan.
