She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Bill Cummins; her parents, Alvin Pitner and Mattie Pitner; her sons-in-law, Arnold Medler and Donnie Lemons; and her siblings, Russo Pitner, Jay Pitner, John Pitner, Marie Church, Sally Gooch and Emma Lou Perryman.
She is survived by: her children, Alma Louise Lemons of Calera, Otto Royce Cummins (Joyce) of Calera, Otis Bill Cummins (Susan) of Calera, Bernadine Medler of Colbert, Henry Cummins (Kathy) of Colbert and Robby Cummins (Teresa) of Colbert; and her grandsons, Ricky Lemons, Mike Lemons, Greg Cummins, Ryan Cummins, Arnold Medler (Skiddy), Dustin Cummins, Honorary Pallbearers Bryant Cummins and Otto Medler (Bubba). She is also survived by 15 Grandkids, 23 Great Grandkids and 4 Great-Great Grandkids.
