McKinney of Roseburg, ORE, Da-Linn Matlock of Rock Springs, Quinn McKinney of Aberdeen, Alana Griffiths of Rock Springs and Debbie Watkins of West Port; and his parents, William Nelson and Sally Irene McKinney (Alford). He was also cherished by 14 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild.
