It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leona Joyce Smith of Coalgate, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Barber and Georgia Barber. She is survived by : her former life partner Leroy Nelson Bell; her children, Connie Bell Guffy (Ted) of Canyon and Larry Leroy Bell of Denison, Texas.; her husband James Wilburn Smith; her stepsons, Charles Smith (Gloria) of Branson and Russell Smith (Patricia) of Poteau, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Clint Hukill, Larry Paul Bell and Lindi Berry; and her extended family Bob Trail. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
