He is survived by: his wife Faith Embrey; his children, Faith LaDon Hayes (Jeff), Lacey Calvert (Jason), Kim Evans and Zack Evans (Marisa); his grandchildren, Hannah, Christy, Eric, Cloresa, David, Freddy and Cody; and his sister Suzan Cox. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
