He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Franks (Dority); his children, Danny Joe Franks (Maria) of McAlester, OK, Misty Dawn Orr (Franks) of Coalgate, OK and Kristy Kylene Nelson (Josh) of Tupelo, OK; his grandchildren, Tristan James Franks (Toni), Rayden Dean Orr (Boo), Ethan Sawyer Nelson, Joshua Luke Parham, Samual Joseph Parham, Shawntel Cheyenne Casey (Kendall), McKenzie Paige Lynn, Jillian Raye Orr (Bella) and Olivia Lynn Nelson; his sisters, Julia Ann Hampton (Marvin) and Donna Jean Guinn (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Franks, Sherri Harkins, Edith Clayton and Curtis Vick. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
