He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Dale Smith (Melisa) of California, Debra Bailey (Gary) of Ada, Sandra Stith (Bill) of Tupelo, Oklahoma., Gordon Smith (Kelly) of Coalgate, Oklahoma., Judy Wallace (Along) of Coalgate and Claude Smith; and his brother-in-law John Wallace.
