He is survived by: his former wife Marsha Johnson (Shelley); his wife Shelley Johnson of Coalgate, Oklahoma; his children, David Johnson, Jr. of Madill, Mitch Johnson of Madill, Oklahoma, Rachel Johnson of Yuma and Shawnna Johnson of Ravia, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Stephen Knight of Castle Rock, Colorado and Sarah Walton of Grand Junction, Colorado; and his siblings, Gary Johnson of Colorado, John Johnson, Carolyn Loftis of Blue, Else Johnson of Durant and Sharron Fox of Durant, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many nieces, newphews and cousins.
