She is survived by: her sisters, Mary June Entz of Hinton and Margaret Andrews of Oklahoma City; her sister-in-law Beth Andrews of Lexington; and her nieces and nephews, Donnie Entz, Bobby Andrews of Hinton, LeaAnn Entz of Hinton and Donna Smith of Lexington, OK.. She is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews, 12 great-great nieces and nephews.
