He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roscoe and Jennie Myrtie Johnson (Gearhart). He is survived by: his former wife Linda Lou Kuhlman; his wife Rosa Burden; his children, Nancy Lee, Sherry Lynn, Cynthia Yvonne, Karen Denise and Alvin Jr.; his stepchildren, Cynthia Jean McKay, Ruddy McKay, Chuck McKay, Joan McKay, Denise McKay, Dana Derrick, Wayne Burden and Randy Burden Numerous; and his siblings, Kenneth, Terrial, Bill Jr., Doris and Imogene.
