He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Willingham and Lena Willingham (Messimer); his siblings, LaJune Bates (Bobby) and Royce Willingham of Clinton; his grandchildren, Gabbi Hawthorn and Joshua Price; and his great grandchild Natalie Price of Weatherford.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Carman of Hydro; his daughters, Toni Doughty (Tim) of Louisville and Amber Price (Dustin) of Weatherford; his granddaughters, Andrea Price of Weatherford and Jaylee Price of Burns Flat; and his great grandchildren, Kole Wilson of Elk City, Preston Price of Tuttle and Weston Price of Burns Flat.
