She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Hopkins Horton and Daniel Boone Horton; her husband Winston Leonard "Wink" Hoffman; her siblings, Leola Mosier, Veda Nivens, Mavis Nelson and Dewey Horton; and her daughter Lyndall Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Hoffman (Eric Brandt) of Sedona, AZ and Rick Hoffman (Kathy) of Houston; her granddaughters, Michelle and Christina Gola (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Gola and Jonathan Gola.
