He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Edith (Dixon); his brothers, Billy, Milton and Dean; and his stepbrothers, Ronnie and Raymond Kucera.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Glines of Enid; his children, Kristy Ann, Michael Justin of Waukomis, Kristy Ramos (Roberts) and Michael Roberts; his grandchildren, Bailey, Monica, Cory, Jeremy Ramos, Justin, Peyton and Piper Roberts; and his half-sister Linda Holt (Marvin).
