He was predeceased by: his parents, Najeeb Simon and Adele Simon; and his siblings, Sam Simon (Jeanne), Ernest Simon (Bernell), Floyd Simon, Mitchell Simon (Mary), Smye Farha and Sally Saied (Cecil).
He is survived by: his brothers, Ernie and Mitch; his children, Sally Simon, Susan Jr (Simon), Ed Harroz, Jr., Ralph II, Sherri Simon, Sydney Simon, Ned Shadid Sr, Shelly Demetree (Simon) and Chris Demetree; his great grandchildren, Gia of Nyssa, Edward IV (Edison), Sienna and Nicholas; and his siblings-in-law, Elsie Simon, Kay Grace and Jack Razook (Maureen).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elijah Christian Orthodox Church "Flowers that Do Not Wither Memorial Fund".
