He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Jennifer Tartsah, Desiree Izaguirre (Cristo), Miranda Tartsah and Marissa Tartsah; his grandchildren, Elena Juarez (Roman), Anthony Slinkey, Damien Slinkey, Jacqueline Izaguirre, Cecila Izaguirre, Enrique Izaguirre, Jacob Yelloweagle, Hazel Yelloweagle, Lucas Jantz and Jailyn Tartsah; his great grandchild Avelino Juarez; and his siblings, Debra Seymour, Saloma Seymour Thompson, Janice Seymour Botone and Randy Seymour Host. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
