He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hubert and Sophia Lane (Martin); his former wife Eulalia Faye Irvin; his grandson David; and his siblings, Clara Noblett, Tommie Webb, Lottie Brandt, Alverta Atteberry, Charles Lane and Tom Lane.

He is survived by: his son Nolan Keith; his wife Sally; and his grandson Rusty.
