He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy Allen and Shirley Allen (Cole). He is survived by: his wife Trisha Dyer; his sons, Blake (Sara) of Clinton, OK and Blaine (Courtney) of Cordell, OK; his brothers, Gary (Sondra) of Hammon, OK and Keith (Mary) of Cheyenne, OK.; his grandchildren, Cameron Amador, Lindsay Brien, Shylo Brien, Hudson Allen, Bryler Allen and Everlee Allen; and his nieces and nephews, Tifaney Jenkins, Kayla Bagheri, Aaron Hammer, Nicole Allen, Albert Allen, Kellie Allen, Brianna Allen and Miranda Allen.

The family has requested that those wanting to give a memorial contribution may do so at The Clinton Mission House for the Homeless, Clinton, OK.
