We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2021, at the age of 75, Leon Scarlett of Clinton, Oklahoma, born in Somerville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Scarlett and Annie Mae Scarlett (Harris); and his siblings, Georgia Taylor, Mary Wright, Bessie Winston, Roy Scarlett, Lester Jordan, Sylvester Jordan, Carl Jordan and C. W. Winston.
He is survived by: his wife Doris (DJ) of Clinton; his children, Mary Scarlett of Anchorage, AK, Lillie Jordan, Rhonda Scarlett-Tucker (Caesar), Felicia Scarlett Richie (Veto), Michael Scarlett (Susan), Leon Scarlett, Jr., Stacy Scarlett (Cassandra), Thomas, Ronald Harper, Jr. (Blayne) and Eric Harper of Clinton, Oklahoma.; and his close friends, Esco Abrams and David Collins. He is also survived by 44 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
