He is survived by: his wife Melba; his children, Dusty Ballard of Clinton, Dawson, Kamber and Misty (Mike Carmin) of Cushing; his brother Jimmy (Barbara) of Fort Gibson; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Kirk of Silo, Larry Armstrong (Carol) of Barnsdall, Roger Armstrong (Lois) of Rutledge, TN. and Carlene Buckaloo of Lacoste; and also, Peyton, Kori and Kenzi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
