He is survived by: his wife Patsy of Woodward; his children, Zachary Joe Zachary of Friona and Pattie Grace Calk (Russell) of Lampasas; his siblings, Billy Gene Zachary of Friona, Johnny Stokes (Melanie) of Clovis, Shirley Harris (Gary) of Ft. Worth and Ruthie Hardin (Bill) of Amarillo; and his grandson Travis Calk.
