He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Downey Phillips and Dana Downey Harlow; his stepson Darren Groce (Jayme); his siblings, Clarence Vern Downey (Diane) and Carolyn Downey Sloan (Ron); his grandchildren, Cade Clark, Madison Bruner, Nathan Bruner, Ryan Harlow, Jake Harlow and Evan Harlow; his great grandchildren, Adalyn Clark, Kaiser Clark, Miles Harris, Haze and Asher Harlow; his niece Shelley; and his nephews, Skipper and Jason.
