He was predeceased by: his adoptive mother Merrie Etta Skinner; his brother Michael David Stone; and his close friend Alvin Moore. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chapman; his children, Emily Daley of Oklahoma City, Ciara, Brynlee Mathews, Jermey Michael Daley of Oklahoma City, Jaxen Mathews and Logan Daley; his mother Susan Skinner (Mark Andrews) of North Carolina; his parents-in-law, Gary and Karen Chapman of Clinton; his brothers, Steven Mantooth of North Carolina and Leroy Mantooth (Robbie) of North Carolina; his siblings-in-law, Mischele Scott, Latasha Goodman, Christopher Chapman of Clinton and Jason Goodman of Clinton; his grandmother Betty McCarther; his cousin John Mendoza; and his white boxer buddy Maximus Prime Rib. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends.
