He was predeceased by: his father Paul Gonzales; his aunt Cindy Campbell; his grandparents, Iona Campbell and Cloyd Campbell; and his brother-in-law Rocky Walker.
He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Campbell of Butler; his pet Buster; his stepdaughter Brandy Deason of Houston, TX; his stepmother Twilla Gonzales; his sister Stacey Eppler (Dan) of Wyoming; his half-sisters, Mary Sotello of California, Sheila Gonazales of California and Angie Streeter Origen; his siblings-in-law, Jana Brown of Edmond, OK and Jeff Smith of Tulsa, OK; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Marla Walker of Edmond, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to National Alliance for Mental Health, 364 North Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston, TX 77074.
