She was predeceased by: her sons, Arthur and Billy Joe; and her grandsons, Kevin Lewis and DeWayne Smith. She is survived by: her spouse Jewel Lee Smith; her children, Ruby Hawkins of Midwest City, Gladys Davenport (Frank) of Midwest City, James Smith (Bonita), Dallas and Dennis Smith (Margarita); her daughter-in-law Janice Smith; and her siblings, Thelma Otts of Houston, TX and Ray Johnson of Yukon, OK.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
