He is survived by: his son Lee Hawthorne Jr.; his wife Desiree of Clinton, OK; his daughters, Jessica Hawthorne of Lone Wolf and Christy Lynn Harris; his grandchildren, Baylee Hawthorne, Paislee Hawthorne of Clinton, Jestyn Hawthorne, Gabby Uribe, Gracie Ford, Brendan Scott and Camryn Scott of Guymon, OK; his brothers, Rick Hawthorne (Sheila) of Dumas, Steve Hawthorne of Amarillo, TX and Chris Rice of Bridge City, TX; his nieces and nephews, Sabrina, Heather, Ricky, Sarah, Brandi and Jamie; his stepfather Junior Fronterhouse; his brother Jeramy Rice Graveside; and also Extended.
