She is survived by: her son Joe Bill Hinz (Karen); her siblings, Esther Ramona Remy of San Diego, CA and Dr. Jerome Adams (Irene); and her grandchildren, Dawn Adams, Andy Hinz, Doug Chabino, Melissa Lewis and Jimmy Lewis. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
