He is survived by: his wife Roe Ann of Edmond, OK; his son Mark Rayner of Houston, TX; his daughter-in-law Mitzi Rayner; his brother Ira Rayner; his grandchildren, Merica Traeger, Laci Sims, Dustin Rayner, Patrick Rayner and Carson Rayner; and also, Kevin Rayner (Katie) and Clinton.
