She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack M. Allen and Heidi Lore Allen (Dutchska); and her sister Patricia Allen. She is survived by: her husband Perry Bolden; her daughter Teresa Lacy (Dominic Randle); and her siblings, Perry Allen of Clinton, OK, Deborah, Prissy, Jaci, Kathy and Dave Allen of Kansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
