She is survived by: her husband Ray Schapansky of Clinton, OK; her children, Debbie Meadows (Rusty) of Elk City, OK and Tony Schapansky (Teresita Rose) of Clinton, OK; her brothers, Norman Stehr (Charlotte) of Clinton, OK and Freddie Stehr (Jaree) of Clinton, OK; her sister-in-law Jane Ernst; and her grandchildren, Alisha Caldwell (Courvoisier "Boogie") of Elk City, OK, Cody Meadows (Ashley) of Elk City, OK, Casey Meadows (Linda) of Elk City, OK, Lucretia Schapansky of Cordell, OK, Chazz Schapansky (Isabel) of Oklahoma City, OK, Chloee Thomas (Ameer) of Oklahoma City, OK and Destiny Schapansky of Clinton, OK.
