He is survived by: his children, Stephen Coit (D'Etta) of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Richard Coit (Talitha) of Custer City, Oklahoma and Nancy Shepherd (David) of Butler, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Richard Lyle Coit, Jr., Megan Coit, McKensey Coit, Keelan Coit, Nathan Coit, Cameron Coit, Patrick Coit, Erica Coit, Brandon Shepherd and Robert Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Christian Boyett, Kylie Coit, Presley Rae Coit, Parker Cayden Orr, Harper Grace Coit, Madeline Rose Coit, Mattison Karoline Shepherd, Chaley Durelle Shepherd and Cheridan Danae Shepherd; and his great great grandchildren, Atley Ann Boyett and Rykin Boyett.
