He is survived by: his former spouse Harlene Smith; his wife Elizebeth Wilson; his children, Neal Wilson of Oklahoma City, Tammy Rey (Nic) of Oklahoma City, Jeff Wilson of Oklahoma City and Ruth Anne Cherba (Valdemar) of Florida; his stepchildren, Tammie Waldrop, Edmond, Greg Peck (Keri) and Laci Thomas; and his siblings, Sylvia Avery of Oklahoma City, Elaine Carrington of Oklahoma City and John Wilson of Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
