He is survived by: his wife Elsie May Hesson; his children, Penny Howell of Del City, Ginger Woodall (Dusky) of Foss and Cody Howell of Elk City; and his grandchildren, Sierra Harrington (Andrew), Baylee Howell, Riley Howell, Amber Holt (Kyle), D. J. Woodall (Hannah), Madalyn Harrington, Payne Holt, Kalli Holt, Kimbre Holt and Melody Holt.
