He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie; his sons, Jeff Lewis (Michelle) of Bessie, Brian Lewis (Karen) of Oklahoma City and Kevin Lewis (Raini) of Mustang; his grandchildren, Grant McAtee (Liz) of Clinton, Braden Lewis (Destiny) of Clinton, Parker Lewis of Clinton, Eric Lewis (Megan) of Plano, TX, Joey Lewis of Oklahoma City, Haley Lewis (Jeff) of Mustang and Mandy Lewis of Mustang; and his siblings, Zella Faye Kerlick, Jeanie Kluver (Ray) and Jerry Lewis (Linda). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
His colleagues respected him, and his contributions to the company were invaluable.
