He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Dean and Ozelma Russell (Clark); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Erwin and Kurt Garvey. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Snider; his children, David Russell of Clinton, Jeremy Fine (Jessica) of Morriston, FL., Ginger Smith of Clinton, Candace (Issac Hayden) of Conroe, TX., Janet (Neal Jones) of Arapaho and Leanna (Matt King) of Clinton; and his sisters, Debbie (Jerry Lasater) of Elk City, Bonnie Garvey of Tarpon Springs, FL. and Tonya (Tony Swindell) of St. Petersburg, FL..
