He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Annavita Happy Soto and Alfredo Soto, III; his wife Jacene Windyboy Soto of Havre, MT; his siblings, Elita Harrell, Hope Perrchez, Lupe Soto (Rosa), Edward "Lalo" Soto (Rosa) and Gilbert Soto (Patsy); his grandchildren, John Windyboy and Alfredo Soto, IV; and also, Jon R. Soto and Clinton.
