He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neal and Opal Neal; his wife Donna Neal; and his brother Herschel Edward Neal. He is survived by: his sisters, Thelma Mae Neal of Tecumseh, Rachel Florine Murdock of Tecumseh and Barbara Ann Lenard of Owasso; and his pet Mandy.
