Smith; his sister-in-law Tami Bales (William) of Stillwater; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Zickefoose of Cleveland, Jason Brown (Rachana) of Sand Springs, Kameron Kendrick of Cleveland, Corbin Peters of Pryor, Misty Harris, Emily Everett, Jennifer Bales and Kaylee Groves. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
